Enrolments

Welcome to St. Louis de Montfort's Catholic Parish Primary School. We hope that today heralds the beginning of a firm partnership focused on the development of your child.

Please note the following:

1. To be eligible for enrolment in Prep 2009 your child must turn five years old by 30th April, 2009.
2. A copy of your child's Baptism Certificate must be provided. This should be attached to your Enrolment Form. If no Baptism Certificate is available then a copy of your child's Birth Certificate must be provided.
3. Non-Catholic families lodging an enrolment will need to include a personal letter clearly stating the reasons they are seeking enrolment in a Catholic school.
4. At the time of lodging an enrolment application all new families will be required to pay a non-refundable enrolment fee of $100.00 per family to secure a place in the school.
5. An immunisation certificate must be provided for all children, prior to their commencement at school, this can be obtained from your local council.
6. Enrolment Applications close on Friday 2nd May, 2008.
7. Individual interviews will be conducted for all new enrolment applicants between Tuesday 20th to Thursday 22nd May, 2008 (dates may be subject to change). Times will be arranged by the school secretary.
